Knead wheat flour with methi leaves and moin of oil keep aside
Boil corn and add dry spices as per choice,close with second flour poori
Make portions of flour kneaded and make flatvto add corn filling as shown
Now roll this like thepla softly and start Tava fry of thepla
Add oil from sides well ,roast both sides remove and cut out wedges
Serve hot or pack lunch with salad and chutney of choice
